Michael joined Smoove plc in May 2022. He started his career in corporate finance before focusing on digital brands and was latterly Finance Director at My 1st Years. He has also held senior and executive finance roles at Kelkoo, The Digital Property Group and AOL UK. Michael started his career with Schroder & Co after graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Economics.

Prior to joining Smoove plc, Ed spent 13 years working with Property Portals for both DMGT and Guardian Media Group (GMG). A buyout from GMG led to a successful exit to Zoopla. Other roles include transformation and large-scale Internet delivery for Trinity Mirror businesses, AMP Bank and the MoD.

Prior to joining Smoove plc Katy was a litigation lawyer in the City. Katy qualified in 2006 specialising in high-value PI, banking insolvency and defamation and performed underwriting advice activity for after the event legal costs insurance.

Paul was appointed Managing Director of Legal Eye in 2016, Director of Lending for Smoove plc in 2018 and Managing Director of Amity Law in 2021, after 28 years as a solicitor in the legal profession. During his time in practice, Paul has been at Board level in a number of firms including roles as CEO and COLP for five years at a large Midlands law firm and most recently as Head of Lender Services and Residential at Shakespeare Martineau.

Matt joined PEXA in March 2024 and brings with him almost 35 years experience in the UK’s property industry. The last 16 years of his career have been in Sales and Marketing roles across market leading property search and data companies. His strengths include building great work-life cultures, encouraging growth through hard work, collaboration and providing clear and precise direction. Matt is passionate about providing great customer experience and believes that the most successful companies have cultures built around obsessing over their employees and clients needs alike.
